Under the Lease Caledonian must

insure and keep insured in the joint names of the Lessor and the Management Company the Estate …against loss or damage by fire explosion storm tempest earthquake aircraft and risk of explosion and damage in connection with the boilers and heating apparatus and all paint associated therewith and such other risks (if any) as the Lessors or the Management Company think fit in some Insurance Office of repute in the full value thereof including an amount to cover professional fees and other incidental expenses in connection with the rebuilding and reinstating thereof and to insure the fixtures and fittings plant and machinery of the Lessors and the Management Company against such risks as are usually covered by a Flat Owners’ Comprehensive Policy …

The insurance is at present in the sole name of Caledonian, advice from insurers being that they are reluctant to add joint parties. This does not affect coverage or create risk. The policy is copied in the Google Drive in full
