If your flat has gas you are obliged to provide a gas safety certificate once every two years or if you are subletting once per year.If we have to remind you to do this a fee of £20 will be imposed.
We will always issue a note in advance reminding you to obtain certification. The status of certification will be reported to the Board twice per year by the responsible Director. A gas certificate will look something like this
