It is strictly forbidden to store electric bikes or their batteries anywhere in De Montfort Court. If such a bike or battery is discovered we will dispose of it. We will endeavour to trace the owner and persuade them to remove the items forthwith but if this is not possible we will dispose of the items. We have no safe space in which to store such items which means they will have to be delivered to Council facilities. The cost of such disposal will be £100 plus any ancillary costs such as van hire. In addition this will be treated as a material breach of the lease. We have taken insurer advice on this and they are fully in agreement with the policy
